I'd like a vending machine at my business, how do I get one?

We’ll help you determine the best vending options for your location and then upon agreement, we will deliver and stock your machine(s).

Do you have a wide variety of food and beverage choices?

We carry a gigantic menu of all of the long-time favorites as well as the very newest products.  If you don’t see something you want on our menu, just ask.  Every month approximately 10% of all the products in our food machines are exchanged with new items.

Do you offer healthy vending items?

Absolutely!  Healthy should be our middle name!  We have plenty of healthy items to offer.  As with any food or beverage item, if you don’t see an item that you would like to have on our menu, just ask!

Can we choose the items to sell in our machine?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely!  Just tell us what you like and we will put it in your machine.  Your wish is our command!

Does your vending machines accept credit cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our  machines take credit and debit cards with a swipe or a touch.  Of course, they also accept paper currency as well.

What charges, if any, do I have to pay?

There is never a charge or fee for any of our vending services.

How will I know when my machine needs to be restocked? I don't have time to keep track of that.

Next Level Vending is a full service vending company. We not only supply state-of-the-art vending machines but also provide maintenance and stock for all vending machines supplied by us on at least a weekly basis, more often if needed.

How often do the machines get serviced?

Because our machines are some of the newest and most state-of-the-art in the industry, the break-down rate is very low. With regard to stocking, we’re there as often as needed. The last thing we want, or you want, is an empty machine. We’re here to make sure that your vending customers always have a great variety from which to choose.

Is Next Level Vending, LLC fully licensed and injured?

When you are contacting vending companies and trying to decide which one to utilize at your place of business, you can’t afford to use a company that isn’t fully and totally insured.

Between our Million Dollar Liability policy, our Workmans’ Comp plan and our overly protective vehicle policy, you’ll never have to worry if something ever goes wrong.  We’re covered. Period. Be sure to ask anyone else you call to prove that they are insured as well.  Why? Because when it comes to matters of insurance, insurance matters.

Are your machines energy efficient?

Of course!  All of our new machines are Energy Star rated and offer the maximum efficiency possible. Remember, unlike your fridge at home, our refrigerated machines don’t get opened and closed all day long, so the cold stays in.  They are also built with commercial grade insulation.

Are your machines ADA compliant?

As of March 15th, 2014, vending machines had to start complying with the new Americans With Disabilities Act rules issued by the Department of Justice that was passed in 2012.

The new regulations changed the reach range requirements for vending machines to no higher than 48″, instead of 54″, and no lower than 15″, instead of 9″. Side-reach and other accessibility requirements have also been revised.

The rules apply to public entities, which include any federal, state or local government, and to private entities that offer public accommodations.

If an operator provides several banks of machines at one location, at least one of each machine type — snack, food, beverage or coffee — must be ADA-compliant. Operators will not have to replace existing machines with new ADA-compliant machines at a location, unless the location undergoes alterations or new equipment is brought in.

All of our new machines meet or exceed the new American Disabilities Act standards that took effect in 2014.  This includes our easy-to-use product delivery chutes and money handling systems.
